Dead on Arrival
If any item is purchased from Sunglass and is DOA (Dead on Arrival); then the buyer can return it within 14 days. We will replace it with a new item of the same model after we receive the DOA item. Please contact us before you send any item back to coordinate with
All items come with a basic three month warranty. If the item is defective within the first three months; then we will offer a replacement without any additional charge. We must receive the defective item before we can process any replacement.
If any item is defective after three months; then the buyer can send it back to us, and we will contact the supplier or manufacturer for warranty guidelines. Buyers may need to pay the shipping fee in order to resend the replacement item.
